			<description><![CDATA[I just found out today that kissing also reduce calories, here is what i calculated, if you weight 180pd, for every 5 minutes you kissed, you actually reduced 7 calories, if you continue to kiss for half an hours, you actually reduced a total of 48.

Do not try to starve yourself. In the short run, reducing your calorie intake to unhealthily low levels will slow metabolism and actually cause you to lose weight more slowly.
